Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days, depending on your delivery address and the shipping method you have chosen.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by objective factors such as natural disasters, customs delays, etc.
We always strive to provide the most accurate information but cannot guarantee an absolutely accurate delivery time.
3. Shipping method
Depending on your location and product size, we offer a variety of shipping methods and suitable shipping partners.
4. Shipping fee
Current shipping rate for all orders is $6.99.
5. Delivery area
Currently, we support delivery within the United States. If you are outside this area and would like to place an order, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
For international orders, please note that you may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes. These taxes are imposed by your country’s customs authorities and will be your responsibility to pay.
6. Adjust order information

8. Package cannot be delivered
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by you, or due to package refusal or other events beyond our control, you will shall be responsible for costs incurred in returning or receiving the package.
9. There is a problem with the package being wrong/damaged
