3. What happens if I return an item after the 30-day return policy?
We understand that sometimes you may need more time to decide on a purchase. However, to ensure fairness to all customers and effective inventory management, we operate a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
This means that after 30 days from the date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds for any reason. We encourage you to carefully inspect the product upon receipt and contact our customer service department if you have any problems or concerns.
3. Shipping costs
You will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping the goods, including the original shipping fee to you and the cost of returning the product to us. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

4. Returns method
All returns will be processed through your credit account or original payment method and the transaction will be processed within a certain number of days. Please wait.
5. Transportation
Immediately after confirming and agreeing to return and deliver. We will send you an email to notify you of the shipping process. Refund delivery time is within 30 days, please check your email and wait for the delivery date.
6. Change or cancel orders
Within 24 hours from when you place your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
